Valley Adventist Christian School (VACS) is a small multi-grade school committed to providing a quality Christian education for students in grades 1-8. It is our mission to assist in the development of the whole student (spiritual, physical, mental, and social), thus enabling them to be of significant service to society. Our curriculum is designed to provide enriching academics with a Christian emphasis. We offer a standard curriculum of Reading, Language Arts, Math, Bible, Social Studies, Science, P.E., Music, Art, and Technology. We also provide opportunities for students to participate in community service activities to help them think of others and how they can minister to them.
Throughout the year we schedule outdoor and physical activities to encourage life-long wellness. In the fall the students attend swimming lessons at the Summit. In the winter the students take ski lessons at a local ski area. We also plan several hikes in the mountains in the fall and spring.
The Valley Adventist Christian School family exists to show children Jesus, nurture their love for Him and others, teach them to think, and empower them to serve.
The Valley Adventist Christian School is operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church to provide a spiritually oriented education for children.
